New Accounts/Customers
If you would like to use Brigade for your embroidered/printed clothing requirements you will need to open an account with us prior to placing your first order.

Once you have an account you can request a log-on name and password to access the online ordering system.  You will also be able to place your order by using the other methods mentioned below.

Existing Accounts/Customers

It's quick and easy! Contact Us if you need assistance. Our online ordering facility is a useful tool to order your school uniform over the internet.

Please note: We do not take payment, or store, any sensitive financial data online for account customers who place orders online.

If you would like to order your uniform online please email webhelp@brigade.uk.com with your account number and details stating that you would like to be set up for online ordering.

By Email:

By Fax:
Simply fax your order quoting your account number (if available) on 024 7646 4618. No need to confirm by post.

By Post:
Simply send your order to the address found on the Contact Us page.  Please keep a copy for your own reference.

Online Ordering Help (Account customers)
You can request a Guide on how to use the online ordering system from the request literature page. If you are a current Brigade customer you can download this guide from your customer admin area when logged in online.

VAT Guidelines:
Schools catering exclusively for pupils under 14:

Adult items for children are NOT subject to VAT when embroidered or printed with a Primary School logo.

HOWEVER, orders placed for adults are subject to VAT. Please mark clearly in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS when ordering adult size garments if for children.

Garments supplied to High Schools are subject to VAT for children over 14 years of age or for garments larger than size 37” chest' .

VAT is charged for all adult sized plain items.

Payment (account holders):

Do not send money with your order. You will receive an invoice when the order is despatched.  Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice.

Payment (non account holders):
Non account holders can only order plain items and only via an online order.  Payment for these orders is required by debit/credit card when submitting the order.

Delivery:
Your order will be delivered within 14 - 21 working days from the receipt of your order at Brigade (May to October) and 7 - 14 working days (November to April) subject to stock availability.

Note: New Accounts holders – Lead-times start from the date the approval of the schools embroidered/printed design is received by Brigade.

We deliver to the UK Only (England, Wales, and Scotland).

Special Requests:

Should you require an urgent delivery please let us know and we will do all we can to help.

Our minimum order (embroidery):

1st Order: 12 mixed embroidered items
Repeat Orders: No minimum - add £2.95 p+p for less than 6 items.

Our minimum order (printed):
1st Order: 24 mixed printed items
Repeat Orders: 15 mixed items.



NEW!  Purchasing of Plain Items (non account holders):

You can now order plain school uniform online from Brigade.

Whether you are a parent, club, business, or individual our online ordering system for plain items is simple to use.  With premium quality items and competitive prices you will find Brigade hard to beat.

If you want to order plain items please add your requirements to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process.  Payment will be required via credit/debit card during the process so please have it to hand.  It's that easy!

Note:  Ordering of plain items for non-account holders is only available online.  Minimum order qtys may apply for some items - see individual item pages for further information.
