Embroidery
The set-up of your logo and the embroidery onto your garments is FREE OF CHARGE for schools (where applicable).

The set-up charge for clubs/businesses is a one-off fee of £15.  The embroidery onto the garments is still FREE!

Printing
Printing is offered as an additional service on a number of our products i.e. bags.  The price for printed items is shown where available. Please note minimum order quantity of 24 for your first printed order and 15 for repeat orders.

The Process
Embroidery is the process of stitching a design directly onto a garment. The result is professional looking and long lasting.

Stock Designs
We have a vast range of stock designs for you to use if you are stuck for a design – just add your desired text to it. The fonts available for your text are also shown within this design database.  We have designs ideal for workwear, school wear, and clubs.

Tips & Guidelines
Most customers use an existing logo, but you may wish to design your own. The following guidelines are to help you make the right choice.

Keep it simple:
The more intricate and complex the design, the less effective it can look once embroidered on a garment.

Crest Size:
The size of your crest must be no larger than 80 x 80mm. Don’t worry if your design is larger, it will be reset to the correct size when designed.

Colours:
We stock most colours – just let us know your requirements. If you have a sample of the colours you would like, please send them to us with your design.

Most customers opt for single or two colour options for their uniform. However up to six colours are available.

Please indicate on your design where the colours are to be used.

Whichever route you take, you will need to complete a ‘Design Form’. You can request this from the Request Literature page. If you are already a customer of Brigade you can download this form from your customer admin area.
